PAK capture Roundtrip

PAK capture suite is well established as an easy-to-use mobile measurement system.

With PAK 5.11 SR5 it got possible to configure PAK capture suite from PAK and to easily read back data from PAK capture to PAK.

This "PAK capture roundtrip" has been enhanced with PAK 6 and PAK capture 3.4

Prerequisites​

iPad®/iPadOS®13 and higher
PAK capture app3.4 or higher

In addition you need the following licenses:

  • PAK:
    • PAK core license (BS_PAK)
  • PAK MKII:
    • Core license: PAK live
    • Recording on PAK MKII's HDD: PAK live recording

Configuring PAK capture with PAK 6.3​

In PAK 6.3 you find an interface where you can configure descriptive editors, measurement quantities, digital bus information and sensor information to be downloaded as a template to PAK capture on a PAK MKII. More

Creating a Measurement Task with PAK capture app used for Recording​

In PAK capture app, you can create a measurement task out of the template created in the previous step. Based on this template, you can enter descriptive texts and configure your measurement channels. More

Copying Data from the MKII to PAK with PAK 6.3​

As a last step, PAK 6.3 now allows you to easily transfer data from the PAK MKII to your computer. For this you can choose to transfer directly into PAK's measurement data path or to keep the data as ATFX. More
